vision (vizh`en) n. 1. Intelligent foresight 2. A mental image, produced by imagination, that precedes action.
In asking our audience to "Share The Vision," we are asking them, also, to share the following ideas:
1) Personal visions, that become shared responsibilities, are among the most powerful forces ever known for creating change and shaping the future.
2) Although superstar achievement stories can be inspirational, the superstars that really count are (in the next office) (in this audience) (sitting right next to you).
3) Those who create and share innovative ideas have characteristics that can be defined, i.e. action, enthusiasm, teamwork, and perseverance: plus an ability to assume calculated risk.
4) Without the income produced by sales, there would be no research, manufacturing, marketing, or management available for the translation of personal visions into profitable realities.
